There is a little hole in the wall place called Pim's Tattoos off of Pattaya 3rd Road (Soi Chaipoon). I think it's directly across from the World Pub? At any rate, it's clean and neat and the guy has all his recent work posted on the walls for a good visual. Maybe worth the "look and see?"
