I usually go to my home country,but i want to avoid that this time.

My questions are.

Which consulate or Embassy,will give me a 1 year non imm b,provided the right paperwork.

How long will it take?

Penang will give you 1 year if you have the proper paperwork.

Leave your papers with an agent and he will deliver them in the morning and pick them up in afternoon next day.

What about singapore or KL.

On my last VIsa Trip I had a problem - not all Paperwork together, but still Penang issued me a single (90 day) non-B!

Then they told me to go to KL - they - so Penang Embasy Staff said they would issue a non-b - m! Given you have a valid Wp - see no problem!

If you intend to go to Penang - and use an Angent use NJ in front of the (defunct) swiss hotel Chulia str. they know a lot about the job and will let you know your chances before hand!
