Pattaya Immigration , The Way To Get Tourists Away.

Featured Replies

i went this week to pattaya immigration and extend my TR visa, without problems. the onlything they dont want anymore a RETURNTICKET,, i take one in advance because i read here many times that they required.

but my 2 friends who come here for holiday entering thailand in dezember and go home in 2 weeks, and beetween they make a 8 day trip to laos and vitemnam.

they enterd on a vis on arrival , and they go home in nearly 2 weeks want to get an extension,, i told them already they make problems,, but they not belive.

an very arrogant man told them by words

PAY 1900 AND GET 7 DAYS THE REST YOU MAKE OVERSTAY AND PAY BY ATM,,, OK,BYE BYE

Thats the way to get toruists to the coutry. people who no have money make year by year overstay and dont care about visaregulations,,, people with money and stay longtime in thailand find a way arround,,, and the regular toruists are the idiots by the system........................

I don't understand your post. Your friends appear to have obtained visa exempt entry (although you call it visa on arrival) - the only possible extension of a visa exempt entry is 7 days. They appear to have received that. They were further told if they do not leave by that date they will have to pay overstay.
