Can anyone enlighten me. As I work near Kanchanaburi, I was wondering what the situation with crossing at Bong Ti was.

I unexpectedly had to do a visa run on the weekend and ended up at Chom Chon / Osmach. (I forgot to look at my passport)

What are the charges and can I drive my car through ???

BTW at Osmach after you buy the visa, they charge you 300b to enter the country... What a scam.

I quite like that part of the world, so my wife and I often go on day trips to that area and buy fruit and plants and have a nice meal along the way.

Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to go to Baan Bong Ti and have a look, after all there would be shops, food etc, and somewhere else to see.

Its not the easiest place to find.
