This is in back of the section with silly tourist t-shirts and souvenirs, where there's like a market with rows and aisles. They have Columbia, North Face etc winter jackets. I don't know if they're knock-offs, over-runs or (as they told me) they're "made in Thailand for export," but the quality is excellent and the price is right.
