Trumove Gprs Costs ?

does anyone knows the rates and calculation algorythms for gprs usage

with a TrueMove PostPaid Number ?

the website does not display any informations. also the invoice just give a Price without report about how and when.

to the story.

i used on my secondary Mobile truemove Postpay with gprs monthly subscription (690 baht)

however .. i cancel this service as its never work and carry floppys by birds is faster then that ;-)

the cancelation was on 18 last month.

at 19th in the night i needed to download something important (190MB)

i did know the fact i may have to pay the traffic. (so leave the PC on and cut the connection in the morning (aprox 6 hours)

1 day later i get a sms the credit limit reached ... go just 5 minutes later to a truemove shop

pay the last bill (900 baht) plus the amount was caused the credit-limit

was 3800 Baht (i was shocked but i know i did download in the night somethings so angry but well thats life)

so today .... the truemove invoice fly in ..

shows 900 baht last month .. PLUS (!!!) 21000 Baht GPRS Usage

call the callcenter ... they apologize for the misstake about the already payed 900 baht

BUT the 21000 have to pay ... calculated from gprs usage after 18th !

the callcenterstaff play as usual stupid and follows the script to get rid of you.

no negotiation or either explaination about the amount.

as wrote above, i disconnected the mobile in the morning and never use this service again after this.

i cant believe its possible to generate traffic for 21000 + 3800 Baht in just 6 hours !

does anyone know the standard (no promotion) rates for GPRS Usage?

have someone semilar experiences ?
