20K would be dirt cheap in Nana these days for a 1br, 30K for a 2br same. I do think you can get rooms at the Miami or Rajah hotels for that amount but they are just a single hotel room. You better tell your friend to hike it down to onnut or vic monuments for what he's looking for. 12K for a 1 or 2br in Nana? lmao

12 K got my friend a nice 80-90 sq metre 1 bedroom/kitchen/living room condo in Suk 26 just 5 mins walk from the Emporium. They are there if you know how to find them.
