I'm on the edge of a nervous breakdown. We have been through some tough days lately with the internet.

I decided to call them, I knew they couldn't do anything about my connection but I wanted to know if they

expected me to pay next month's bill. I got a very nice lady on the phone after I had been tapping through

their phone system, I even ignored the announcement about CAT's problems. :o

I asked her directly if they wanted me to pay my bill next month and to my big surprise, she told that of course

they were going to reimburse. I asked her how, she asked for my phone number which I just informed the computer

about 1 minute ago.....

I asked how they were going to reimburse and from when. It will be from the 30th of January till problem is solved.

It sounds to me like they have no plan to reimburse people who doesn't asked for it since she needed my phone number,

normally you would think that since everyone is affected by this, it should automatically be reimbursed on your next bill but

I sincerely doubt it. So my advice is that everyone calls TRUE and ask for the reimbursement even if you don't care about

the x amount of baht you have to pay for your internet but maybe if we all do they might.......might.....I hope....

try to make sure that this doesn't happen again and that they have some sort of plan b in these cases.
