Volume Licensing customers now have access to the full version of Windows Vista with Service Pack 1. VL customers can download the software at https://licensing.microsoft.com.

Yes, that means customers with volume licensing agreements like Select or EAs will not need to be waiting until March 1st. It's there to download now. 

NOTE: This is the full version of the Windows Vista OS with Service Pack 1 slipstreamed/integrated into the install. It is available as a DVD in both x64 & x86 versions.
