Hi all,

i'm thinking about my visa extension and do have a little question.

I have a german citizenship and a Non-Immigrant ED Visa for 90 days (single entry).

Day of entry to Thailand : 25.12.2007 so my visa expires on 24.03.2008.

My flight back home is on 03.04.2008.

The problem is that i'm thinking about going to Cambodia during the last 2 weeks of march.

Solution1 :

- extension of my Non-Immgrant Visa and changing it to a multiple-entry visa at one of the immigration offices (so i get back to Thailand for going home an 03.04.2008).

- costs ???

Solution2 :

-just going to Cambodia.

- getting an 30-days stamp when going back from Cambodia to Thailand.

Is it possible for me to get a 30-days tourist stamp if I've already had a 90-days Non-Immigrant ED visa just before entering Thailand again ?

Thank you very much for your help.

Solution 2 works. One would require documents from school for extension and then a re-entry permit 1,900 baht plus 1,000 baht plus school fees.
