Sorry, no offense, it's ligay (Thai musical folk drama) maak maak if you say it out loud, but it seems to be ok if it's in writing, decribes your love to her. I suggest to say it in English is better, it's not about West or East but in Thai language!!!! errrrrrr.

Your translation is good but I would be scared if someone say "Winyan khorng phom yark yoo gap khun", winyan is commonly interpreted as a ghost, not romantic in this context.
