Reentry Permit

Featured Replies

i have a first time retirment extension for one year, pinned in the front of my passport is a label saying "to notify again on 14 may 2008" that bit is easy even for me.

if i leave the country before that date on my return does the 90 days start again or do i still have to reprt to pattaya immigration on that date?

to apply for a re entry permit is it form tm13,two photgraphs,my passport and of course the 1900b fee or will they also require photo copies of my second wifes first husbands birth certificate and all the other nonsense they seem to find vital?

finally, can i make this application at the airport on my way out,if so where abouts is the office?

your help very much appreciated,

hudders

TM.8 form with 4x6cm photos and 1,000 baht fee (single) or 3,800 baht fee (multi) and believe copy of passport required. Desk is in outgoing immigration area after you check in for flight. Allow extra time if doing at airport. You do not notificy 90 days if not in Thailand. Your 90 day clock starts on your return to Thailand.
