Just found this brilliant article & wanted to share with all. Posting it here, instead of news clippings, because; well , it's not such a news, since it's been happening here for ages, & goes on, but mainly , because more people read general forums anyway

"a threat to the national security"...well, then rich Thais should stop bringing Burmese laborers across the border to do the hard work that Thais apparently don't want to do. Or, perhaps the Thai bosses don't want to pay a respectable salary and they can get away with insultingly low salaries for Burmese workers. This is just one small step away from slavery in my eyes. It's pathetic and should be exposed for the world to see.
