Could anyone on the forum help me:

We are a family of 3 looking to travel to Phuket next year to stay for 12 months. My partner will be 50, retired and receiving a monthly pension, I will be 41 and on a career break and our daughter will be 10 and will be enrolled in the international school there.

Does anyone what type of visas we will need for our trip. Thanks

Next year as in 2009? If things have not changed multi entry non immigrant O visas from Hull would seem to be your best choice. More involved would be retirement for husband and family for you and daughter. A third option would be education for daughter and accompany for you (with 500k in Thai bank account).
