meadish_sweetball
อะไรกันนักหน้า or อะไรกันนักหนา ... not sure? What is nuck nah? Thanks it's the latter or อะไรกันนนักกันหนา, meaning is 'what's all this fuss about' or 'what's the big deal' or something along those lines. all the best. 'What's all this fuss about?' is a good translation - perhaps even with a "Gosh!" or similarly used word in front. In Northern Thai, people say 'A-nyang ba-lam ba-luea?'... aanon
just to add... อะไรกันนนักกันหนา has the meaning discussed above if used on it's own. it expresses a bit of exasperation/frustration. 'what the hel_l is the big deal?' is another possible translation. you might also see it used in a sentence, such as: จะโกรธอะไรกันนักกันหนา why go and get so angry about it? จะเที่ยวอะไรกันนักกันหนา why on earth do you have to go out so much? (ie. try staying at home for once) in these sentences, it still has the exasperated tone. all the best.
ElZorro
In Northern Thai, people say 'A-nyang ba-lam ba-luea?'... That sounds a lot like Little Richard singing "Tutti Frutti"
Khon Baan Nok
อะไรกันนักหน้า or อะไรกันนักหนา ... not sure? What is nuck nah? Thanks it's the latter or อะไรกันนนักกันหนา, meaning is 'what's all this fuss about' or 'what's the big deal' or something along those lines. all the best. อะไรกันนนักกันหนา is a prominent lyric in a song, I believe of the same name, on the quite entertaining CD called: Big Ass Begins. Be alert, sometimes you'll hear this band talked about as Beeg Att. I once listened in perplexity to a concert promotional message, and then had one of those "light bulb over head" moments when I realized that I was hearing the name of this band...
