tycann
Some say it's CAT Telecom's lack of int'l bandwidth. Others blame individual ISPs for not leasing enough of said bandwidth. Others blame cable breakages in Taiwan or the Middle East. Oh, and before you post the standard "if you don't like it, get the hel_l out" response, rest assured that I will do so as soon as my career permits. Niloc
I can never understand what 'sucking' has to do with anything, do you suck your thumb like the little boy you sound like? I suppose it is a bit like NOT!! Means nothing...

Darn! You're quick! But don't give up so quickly. That's why this is a third world country. It still on its way to complete development. Give Thailand time to mature. mr_hippo
So, tycann, you know 'The Real Reason Internet Sucks In Thailand' but you are wrong! Most of the power that is used for the internet comes from either offshore wind powered turbines or underwater tidal flow generators. If the offshore winds are low or the tide is not at its height then the power output is low resulting in the slowing down of the internet.
spot
Why doesn't somebody close this thread, as we can't read what was said in the first post. It's like a Thai film censor has been at it.
Maestro
Spot is right. Incidentally, the deleted portion of the original post had no merit whatsoever. It was vicious and vile in the extreme. -- Maestro
