Is anyone aware of a program that will allow one to edit video portions then clip them all togther (despite having differnet sizes and bitrates?). Also, is it possible to standardize the size of a movie and/or shrink it to ipod viewer size (as well as the file size)? What about different file types and codec issues?

What is the best and fastest ipod converter for movies these days?
