Buy/sell Used Games And Systems?

Featured Replies

Back home I had a store I could go and sell back games I played, didnt care for, or didnt care to keep.. and also purchase used games if it was something i didnt care to spend retail for.

Is there anything like that in Bangkok? I havn't explored MBK extensively, do any of those shops buy used stuff? Or is there something simliar to a craigslist bangkok where I could at least sell hardware/games I no longer play.

thanks

I haven't seen a place like that. Please remember that the most of software incl. games, sold in Thailand are just nothing but copies. You can try to sell over the Internet, like eBay or something like that. You can also advertise on TV Classified Section for to sell the products.

But please keep in mind that the advetising is allowed for legal stuff only. So about copies forget it and even didn't try to discuss or advertise on Thaivisa.

Cheers.

every saturday night there is a market in the huay kwang area of bangkok.

its at the intersection of rachada and lat praw rd, get the underground to lad praw and walk to the market.

its mainly like a yard sale or car boot sale, all sorts of junk being sold.

there are a few dealers who will bulk buy from you, however expect to be paid peanuts, the profit margin these guys operate on is next to nothing, they will also let you exchange games, discs etc with them as well.

if you dont speak thai, best to take a thia friend with you to translate.

You also get many real games . If you know where to look. But. NO i have never seen this. ie trading games.
