There is a Thai Newspaper situated half way down Chiang Mai Land. (on the other side of the road to 7-11)

we used it for advertising for staff and it worked well.

Yes, we may know some ppl. We can be a resource but ThaiPauly has a point. If you know any Thais who live on the internet they will know plenty of webboards to advertise on.
