what are my current options for multi entry non O based on thai marriage? i guess penang, KL and singapore right? do they all do triple entry non O? how about Vientienne?

i should add that i have at least 400k in the bank.

Singapore seems the best bet.

It is not a triple entry. It is a Multi Entry. Meaning you can enter as many times as you want.

Exit and entry just before it expires , you can stretch it out to 15 months.

Yep. Singers is the best bet if you have more than 400K in a bank. Take all relevant paperwork (and only show if asked) because it's a long way back to Bangkok for that piece of paper in your top drawer!!

So far have not seen a Multi O from Vientiane.

Penang, KL, S'pore still issue them.

Suggest you mail the Embassy/Consulate and ask for their requirements for such kind of Visa.
