Amir, Yes there is one, its a little outside Pattaya, past Jomtien. It does windsurfing and wakeboarding. However, I'm of no further use to you as I cant offer good directions or the name of the club, my reply is just to let you know that there is a club so you will not be wasting your time looking for it.
