I will be in Bangkok for a one-week vacation on 3/22/08. I just realized that my US passport will expire on 9/9/08. I am concerned that I may be denied entry into Thailand since I do not have exactly six months validity. I have 5 months and a few weeks. Unfortunately, I may not have enough time to renew my passport as I am leaving the country next week. Help! Will this be an issue at immigration to enter Thailand?

You should be OK. Check with your airline.

It is no problem for the Thai Immigration as you will enter Thailand with a 30day visa exemption stamp.

Only in case you apply for a Tourist or Non Immigrant Visa it is required to have a 6 month validity of your Passport.
