Well--this is probably going to get me banned but, here we go: who are the TV moderators, by this I don't mean literally but how do they become one, who appoints them?Btw, I'm not looking for a position I'm just interested. Do they have to be Thai residents? This last one is really the point of the post as I've seen, on a couple of occasions maybe more, that the moderator answering a question was based outside of Thailand--can't remember who or where--but, if this really is the case how come--surely this forum is a Q/A thing about Thailand and people regulating it shouldn't they actually live here?

I have checked in Forum Rules with regard to issues of 'moderation' and am fairly sure that I am not crossing any lines but, if so, apologies [ the only rule nearly applicable was #5.If I don't see this post then I will assume that I've asked an 'inappropriate' question.
