Visiting Cha Am soon, used to live there, haven't been back in years.

I used to love the seafood at Ba Eid's restaurant in the harbour - the place almost opposite you at the end of the road/track up from the temple area. Any local folk got a recommendation for the best place these days?

Thanks for any pointers.

Just thought I'd answer my own OP if anyone is looking for a seafood recommendation. I went back to Cha Am after an absence of some years and was pleased to find that Ba Eid is still in business and the cooking is as good as it always was. A true "harbour experience" with the food literally coming off the boats before your eyes. Doesn't get any fresher than that.
