Devil
Hi, I did some searches on here and did not find the exact answer..so any correect info would be apreciated as my good friend cant get the answer to their upcoming sale. Scenario: -Foreigner 'non Thai resident' wants to sell their condo unit which is registered in the foreigners name 'in the 49% foreigner quota' the property has been owned only 1 month after the recent transfer date) reason for sale 'change of heart and has other commitments' - On transfer date they understand all the paybale taxes at the land office already - such as seller taxes, transfer fees, WHT,Stamp Duty etc (and they have the orignal FET form for the first purcahse also) Question - Are they subject to any taxes for the sale of the unit on any profit made/Gains from the sale example 1+ M baht profit is this subject to Personal Income tax even though not a compnay or resident? If no profit made on the sale i.e sold the price they bought any PIT to be paid as asked above? Thanks
