I'm about to apply for a 3x60 day tourist visa to Thailand. I make my living from poker and sports betting (tennis). What should I put as my occupation on the visa forms etc? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I would have thought anything other than Gambling.

They do not care what you put down. Put "store clerk", or anything. I would probably not put "internet gambler" though. Being that gambling is illegal in Thailand and if you are gambling on the Internet, they probably will figure that you will be working while there.

Do you think they pay much attention to your occupation on a TV? Just put Tennis Speculator.
