Non "o" Expired Can I Do Burma Visa Run For Entry Visa

Featured Replies

I am a UK passport holder and am 33. I have just finished another non "o" visa (thai dependant - married), can i do a burma visa run and get a 30 day entry visa for the next 3 months?

thanks in advance

Have you used visa exempt entry in the last six months? If not you can probably do up to 90 days total now - but I would advise always keeping 30 days in reserve.

Yes, the 90 day rule only applies to time spent here without a visa, so your non-o time does not count against it. If your non-o has not expired yet then you can do another border run and get another 3 month stamp.

Edit: If of course it's a 12 month multi entry. Also I see Lopburi posted before me, he's the man for visa questions
