Going through Bangkok is not an option.

I did HKT - KL_LCCT - Bali and return using Air Asia.

For you using AA, would entail return to KL_LCCT, then Manila.

Was rather hoping I didnt have to go back on myself and go straight to Manila from Bali. Will have a look and see what the times are like.
