I can access the site from an Internet Cafe without difficult, is there something I am doing wrong, or is it just True?

sometimes, its just a matter of checking ur settings (esp the security settings). try emailing the qatar airways website developer itself, or try comparing the settings at cafes computer against your laptop.Example, temporarily allow pop ups...or set ur security settings to low, or anything like that

Your browser type may be differant.  Some sites are IE centric. If not its most like to be browser settings at home.
