just ordered each of these Pantainorasingh brand nam prik chili pastes:

Sawan

Na Rog

Tadaeng

Playang

looking for recommendations in regards to using them

how they are used

what foods each one compliments best

if used as is or if other ingredients are added to the final preparation

are there other commercial brands of these that are better quality

I've tried measri brand nam priks and didn't particularly care for any of them

thanks
