I'm a desperate art teacher who needs to find wallpaper glue very very fast.On Phuket.

I was adviced to use latexglue instead, on the fact that wallpaper glue was going to be hard to find, but that stuff is far to heavy. Does anyone know where I can get the powder glue ideal for papier mache?????

Just did a paper mache project last week and used PVA glue. It is heavy but does the job. You might be able to find wallpaper glue at Homepro. If not, how about trying flour and water? Good luck.

You need to boil flour and water to make the glue or you will get mould better use pva and dilute with water soaking your "newspaper" in it and let dry.

Buy the white latex glue that kids use or you'll find larger containers in hardware stores. Add water and mix well until you get a milky liquid.
