Came across Absolutely Fabulous furnature shop off Sathorn road in Guru.....

anyone been there or bought anything from them? Supposed to be teak wood.... Looks expensive...

any comments on service, quality, etc

We also read about it in Guru, and went to see. Yes, very expensive, and not our style, too rustic (?) and overdone. But it seemed to be quality stuff if you like the style, so the only way to find out is to go there, not waste time with tossers like me giving advice that you cannot trust anyway.

Good luck in your hunt, we are still out looking for certain items ourselves. I think we will end up having some stuff made to order, in some cases it is both better and cheaper.

been there and looked, but I am always skeptical when I pay an arm and two legs for anything in LOS.

Just looking for the proverbial 'bad opinion' from good ol Thaivisa... also the flame about why I need furnature...
