I am presently travelling around asia and have been using thailand as a temp base to take trips to and from. I hold a european passport so am exempt from needing a visa. Ive now been in and out of thailand numerous times without any problems, I keep getting 30 day stamps and generally only stay around 10 days each time before leaving again. I am counting up my days to make sure I dont go over 90 days and presently have around 25 days left.

My question is I want to spend my last month (June) in Thailand before I leave to go back home. My first entry was in December so have been using my 90 days within the period of 6 months. Come June does my 90 days start all over again?

If not what is my best option if I just want an extra 3 weeks in June?

Thx

The current MO is that the 90 day period resets 6 months after your first entry (December) so without seeing your actual dates it's marginal (early December to late June would work).

What you may find is that if you arrive just before the 6 months is up they will only stamp you until the end of the period, then you need to do another border run to get your next 30 days (in the new period) :o
