Featured Replies

I am trying to see if there is a way to enable Thai fonts on my PC for my Fiancee. I am running Vista Home Premium and Windows Office 2007. Is there a way to enable something on Vista so she will be able to type in Thai for emails/messaging etc, or do I have to buy something for this?
