Myself use http://www.espnstar.com/tvtimes/tvtimes_index.jsp Point to remember that when you enter Thailand, the time is Hong Kong so you need to -1hr....... ESPN gives you ALL the different sports + the channels there on + times + Live or re run etc. Edit because forget.....
