You can only vote if you are going to vote for Obama :o You are not allowed to register and vote for McCain and 4 more years of stupid Bush politics. All kidding aside, I'm pretty sure you can just go to any US Consulate or Embassy and fill out the paperwork. As for which State, your vote will count in depends on which State you last resided in (have drivers license, paid state taxes, etc., in).

The state I would have to vote in (my last state) is a so called RED STATE which means it always votes for the republican (or as I like to call it, the American fascist eternal war/demonize the gays party). As I no longer have an interest in the local politics of that state, I will not bother to register or vote in the presidential election, the first time in my life I was eligible. The electoral college sucks (ask Al Gore). I might as well be Alabanian.

First you would have to be eligible to vote. Proper age and not disenfranchised. Then you would register to vote. Then you would vote :o

Obama is best chance that that country has had in over 50 years

first he needs to get elected and then he needs to stay alive.

anybody who does not see this is confounded by their own complacentency and acceptance of partial misery because they have learned to live with it.

You do not register with the US Embassy to vote. All they can do is provide the information for you to register with your state. The links already listed will easily get posters the required paperwork.
