It is about finding good steak in Los, which at times is hard to do.

The fat, marbling, does make the steak much more tender and usually tasty. But the Kobe beef I have tried was more tender than ever before, but not as tasty as very good normal beef.

Is a peice of beef with lots of fatty streaks running through it meant to be good? What is the purpose of this post? What has happened to the spring weather in England?

Yes, streaks of fat (not grissle) running through a steak (small multiple lines) are what set apart a 700 baht steak from a 120 baht steak. Not that I ever had many great steaks in England which probably was your reason for asking! :o
