for varicose vein easy: Sclerotherapy ie injections that will cause shrivelling and drying out and collapsing, LASERS, and more invasive procedures such as stripping etc. ANY surgeon or PS can do this. very easy.

for bunions you need an orthopedic or podiatric surgeon to surgically fix it.

They are everywhere. GO to bumrungrad, bnh, etc and youll be fine.
