Nong Khai Immigration Office

1) Will the Immigration Office at Nong Khai be open to obtain re-entry visa over the Songran hols 12-16 April.

or are all offices closed during that period?

2) Is a single re-entry (B1000) stamp available for use until the end of the Extension of Stay or for a limited period. I have a Work Permit and Extension of Stay until March 2009.
