I will most likely fly to Thailand (from Sweden) in June, and I have no idea when I will return to Sweden. Is a one-way ticket enough? (My mult entry non imm O visa says "enter before October 15 2008".)

Now, I have browsed ThaiVisa to find information about this, but some of the input seems rather confusing (i e "it depends on what airline you use", etc).

Am I correct assuming that any problems encountered (if any) will be because of airline policies, and that the Thai immigration accepts one-way tickets as long as the traveler has a proper visa?

Thanks in advance! :o

I have a multi o visa and fly one way to Thailand 3-4 times a year with no problems any good airline will ask you what visa you have

when you book a one way ticket with them so you don't have any hassle when checking in , agency's seem to be less bothered about checking

You should have zero issues with any type of visa :o

At the very worst you may have to talk to the check-in supervisor, but I suspect this is highly unlikely :D

With the way airfares are going (up up and away) you may be better off buying a one year open return. You should have no problems with the visa as I and many of my friends have been doing it for years.

Have a good one.
