hi to you all i have a big problem my passport decided to go for spin in the washing machine and when i dried it out the o visa stamp had been washed of all thats visible is the visa number a signature and date of expiry but no red stamp also stamps from travelling have run a little. what do i need to do and were to rectify this or to get it re stamped? i no i dont have to leave country until 29th June so i have time to sought this problem out

I suspect that you will have to get a new visa ( and possibly a new passport ) Your visa was issued abroad so Immigration has no direct knowledge of the visa you had, and in the past they have declined to accept a letter from the issuing Consulate regarding the visa issuance.
