i was trying to find out what ว่าสั่น (waa san) means, the wife can't explain it to me very well. anyone help?

also, i found that if you simply type "Isaan" into thai-language.com you get a great list of Isaan words and expressions, but not ว่าสั่น

from what iv been told its means not good (ie if you ask someone to go to the shop and they say no you reply waa san meaning no i wont ,) or if your wife asks you to buy something and you say no she could reply waa san meaning why you not buy ? might be wrong but thats my best shot

" ว่า" means พูด or say

" ซั่น / สั่น means อย่างนั้น , like that , like anybody said, like I said

so waa saan means like that, ว่าอย่างนั้นแหละ just to emphasis on the sentence.
