Factory made housing
I am looking at building a small retirement property . Not a big fan of concrete boxes with rising damp . Occasionally I have seen properties built off the ground. also something that look like prefabricated units. Not so much the small units seen at resort type rental accommodation. But something potentially portable. Anyone considered or looked at these units or maybe owns said items. -

Kalasin tax office today- result!
OK Guys, They have now got the memo here regarding foreigner tax. I produced all documents, all printed from Barclays UK corresponding to my KTB account. This was a SENIOR officer. Plenty of gold braiding on his shoulders. He took my documents as he was required urgently in another meeting. I have kept trace documents since arriving in Thailand all those years ago with explanations for all monies prior to this tax change. He was pleasant, polite, told me he would copy, upload and return my documents. After a quick scan through, he believed I had nothing to worry about, but he would enter in the system I had followed regulations. A final meeting with me tomorrow. -

Benefits to closing a bank account?
Go to a different branch and don’t mention your other account and just say you wanna open a new account I’m in one branch at Bangkok Bank said OK we’re gonna take your account and come back in a week to get your new book cause we have to send it away or some other BS so then when that book got full I was at a different branch where I knew somebody who worked there and I said so how long do you think I’ll have to be without my Paper bank account book and he said what do you mean I can do everything and you’ll have it back in a new book within less than five minutes and he did so sometimes I would try different branches TIT -

Roaring Lion Terrifies Residents and Tourists in Pattaya
Right, motorbikes next. They keep us awake next to Thappraya Road all night long. Their noise is quite extraordinary. I used to live not far from a railway line, and got used to that noise, but motorbikes, especially those on Thappraya Road, Second Road, I cannot get used to that~!
