April 13, 200818 yr as far as the sad police story goes. she should call the who gives a monkeys number cause i don't. maybe ladies that work in bar should not play with matches or they might get burnt lol she should call the who gives a monkeys number, i think you will find the numbers are the same
April 13, 200818 yr How is it possible to whip someone hard enough to inflict what were apparently significant wounds requiring medical treatment without anyone hearing anything ? Didn't the girl scream ?Of course, maybe she couldn't...which would leave one to believe she was playing along with the guy's game. Maybe the game just went too far for her. Thta's where my head is about this story too sibeymai.
April 13, 200818 yr The reasons legitimate cases face such difficulties is because of frivilous claims such as this one. Had this been a genuine incident there would have been multiple witnesses and most assuredly, fellow Thai nationals would have ensured this girl found some legal redress. This actually does more harm than good for the female cause as it casts more of a cloud of doubt over occurences such as these which at times, are quite possibly true. The burden of proof is not that great and it doesn't even come close to being met in this relayed account.
April 13, 200818 yr Author Had this been a genuine incident there would have been multiple witnesses Cali, how long how you been removered from mainstream society?? MOST victims of rape and sexual abuse NEVER report the crime. "MULTILPE WITNESSES"?? What color is the sky in your world??
April 14, 200818 yr Just to dispel some misconceptions:1. The "girl" was not my gf or a farang. She was also a thai bargirl working in Lamai. 2. She wasn't "scammed". She gave the girl (who she had never met before) 1200-1500 baht. Hmm seems a bit much for a bus ride north No scams here
April 14, 200818 yr JoeyB, If you've ever been party to some of these false allegations, you know how seriously it's taken when a farang is involved even without a shred of evidence? It is a completely different story when it is a Thai perpetuating a battery/assault against another Thai. These accusations should not be thrown around carelessly when their source is a complete unknown? Your story cannot be verified? There is no credible source? It is a 3rd party tale relayed by a bargirl and as far as the rest of us know it is complete <deleted>. You think this girl was beaten/assaulted and nobody heard it? reception at the hotel was oblivious? when she returned to her friends they did nothing? the police were disinterested? Wake-up.
April 14, 200818 yr Author Wake-up. I guess I "woke up" when I saw the pictures of her back. But rest assured, Sherlock Holmes, I'm sure you can explain those away also. Look, I'm not prosecuting this case. I merely wanted to bring this story to the "light of day" for which it would never have reached. You dismissed this case on principle the minute you heard the word "bargirl". Not all cases are black and white Cali and fit your "cookie cutter" stereotypes.
