Was at Suvarnabhumi last weekend and needed a one-way ticket to Phuket. Okay available seat. Heading for the ticket office, handed over my debit Card from Bangkok Bank and got it back with the message that Thai Airways now only accept Credit Cards when paying with Card. :D

Only one month ago they accepted the exact same card! :o

Anyone who has knowledge about what the reason is to this “move”
