Okay here goes,my brother met his g/f in Thailand 5 years ago he wants to get married to her and take her back to England,but has big problem,she is from Laos and has been in thailand for over 30 years,she has never had a id card and i can understand she is not really a thai person,her family brought her to thailand when she was a baby but im just wondering is there any way she could get a id card in thailand as i believe she needs one to get a passport,any help welcomed thanking you all.
