The sub branches of the major banks (that you find in Carrefour, Tesco Lotus, and the big malls) are open 365, winter-spring-fall in the summer we ride.

I was told they reopen 17th. Best check the exchange rates on your computer before you go. If it shows the current date, then it should be open.
