April 16, 200818 yr Hello, i think i'll run out of time to get the papers in time to buy my new visa out of thailand, will i need a new WP3 receipt form dated than less than a month or the one from three month ago will do the job? i have actually a visa NON-B single entry valid to stay 90 days in thailand, i don't have a work permit and i got my actual visa with the paperwork of the company i did register three months before. in a case of a negative answer, is it possible to go to the immigration and ask for an extension of one month? wich documents will they require exept the usual two pictures, photocopies and filling form? thanks in advance. April 17, 200818 yr Immigration will not provide more than a 7 day extension (with airline ticket out). Do not believe Consulates in the area issue non immigrant B visas without a work permit receipt these days but others are better qualified to answer that.
April 17, 200818 yr Indeed quite right. Last time i went to BKK immigration and asked for an extension of my non imm B when i didnot have work permit i got 7 days. They now days will not give any extensions along the lines of monthly etc unless you have work permit and have proof of tax records etc.
