Their ad in the TV classifieds takes you to the website where they claim to have a high quality motorbike conversion kit to market in Asia. The offer appears to be based on allocating 10% of gross sales revenue and paying it out (less what I asume are some admin costs) to the investors of the 17.5 million baht they're proposing to raise. The cost of the conversion seems high in a market where the average motorbike owner is likely to have to have a life threatening encounter with a truck before forking out 20 baht for a new bulb for his tail light and the suggested sales are somewhat optimistic but I haven't pinned down the cost of any competing products and know nothing about the company either.

I'm not really inclined to invest here at the moment (and 17.5 million baht seems like a very low some to bother raising, I thought) but alternative fuel bikes certainly have a future so I'd like to keep an eye on how it goes - has anyone done any research on them or the market?
