The leeeway is +/- 7 days.

Fine Baht 2000 plus 200 per day.

(Some people talked about Baht 5000 fine, don't think that is implemented, yet)

The max fine is 5,000 baht plus 200 for each day over 90. Do not believe anyone has yet been subject to this and the old rate of 2,000 baht is the normal payment.
